I'm Simone Montalbano, Commercial and Narrative Director based in Milan.

From an early age, I developed a passion for advertising and cinema, interests that have shaped the way I observe the world and create images.

Since 2022, I have worked on film sets in a range of technical roles. These experiences allowed me to understand production dynamics from within and appreciate the value of collaboration across departments.

This path naturally led me to directing, which is now the field where I focus my work and pursue my visual and narrative research.

Over the course of the years I have also edited some projects and produced commercials and narrative projects.

I trained at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Milan, where I directed the commercial “Avrei Voluto”, which is competing at the Festival “Film di Impresa” in Rome.

Today, I work as a freelancer and continue to develop projects that combine aesthetics, rhythm, and storytelling.
